DELIVERY INFORMATION

DELIVERY 

  • An estimated delivery date will be given prior to dispatch of purchased goods, however no guarantee can be given, and we will not be held responsible for delivery delays or their effects. 

  • Goods will be dispatched using An Post. For security purposes, orders must be signed for upon delivery. A tracking service is available upon request.  

  • We cannot guarantee that all of the goods you order will arrive in a single delivery if you order numerous items.  We reserve the right to send you the goods in different consignments. 

  • Delivered goods must be checked by you to ensure that no damage has occurred in transit. Any issues must be notified to us within 48 hours of their receipt.  In these circumstances, the original packaging must be retained for their return.  

PAYMENT & PRICES 

  • All prices displayed on our website are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax). Packaging and delivery costs quoted separately. 

  • Published prices are subject to change at any time without notice, final price will be confirmed with your order is when your order is verified. 

  • Purchased goods will be dispatched once funds are received.  

  • We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and use Humm® 

PRE-OWNED GOLF CLUBS 

Our pre-owned clubs are not new; some are ex-demo, some are pre-used.  The condition of these clubs can vary from good to excellent.   

Pre-owned goods are sold “as is” and cannot be returned on the basis of their condition.   

RETURNS 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of its receipt.   

Returned products must be in their original packaging, unused, with all tags attached and accompanied by the original order number and the corresponding physical or digital receipt is present. 

Refunds/exchanges do not apply to goods made or modified to your specification or clearly personalised e.g. Custom Golf Clubs, Personalised Golf Balls etc.  

Shipping costs for Returns are not covered by Birr Golf Shop.   

Where a product is faulty, it must be returned to us in its original packaging, and we will send it to the supplier for inspection. The supplier will either fix the faulty product or a replacement Product will be provided. 

We can not offer a refund on any second hand/ex demo products purchased from us.

WARRANTY CLAIMS 

Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturers’ products or may be found on their respective web sites. Please contact Birr Golf Shop Golf prior to returning any merchandise for warranty consideration.
